What: Black, White, and Laced All Over

Derek Lam’s Spring ‘10 collection consisted of bright colors, asymmetrical dresses, and loud prints. What really grabbed our attention were the shoes. The black and white strap, platform sandals were the cherry on top (or bottom) of his 33 piece collection.
The collection was dressed with eye catching brights but our eyes went towards this classic black and white dress.

We did not choose this look because of Lily, even though she looks stunning. Her waist is cinched with a black leather, gold stud belt that match her black nail polish. The oversized draping bow on her shoulder excentuate the burnt orange and smudge bluegreen of her eyes.

The shoes stole the show. Platform peep toes and past ankle lace ups combined urban with lady.
