WHERE: The MET Ball
Outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, glorious dresses, and some not so glorious, walked the red carpet in celebration of the “American Woman: Fashioning A National Identity” exhibition.
Champagne was trending last night, worn by stars like Kate Bosworth in Valentino, Kate Hudson in Stella McCartney, and Anne Hathaway, also, in Valentino.
Some stars like Emmy Rossum and model, Jessica Stam, chose color for the occasion. Rossum looks ravishing in this cobalt blue dress by Kenneth Cole. And Stam, in a plum Rachel Roy gown, looks elegant and classic. The side swooped golden curls really take this dress to another level.
The “shinning” stars, Claire Danes in Burberry and Sienna Miller in Pucci, sparkled along the red carpet. Whether it’s a shoulder exposing, golden number or a plunging neckline, both stars glistened glamorously.
